The refurbishment to both floors of the office space to inhabit new tenancies
Construction details
Works included taking out an existing spiral staircase and replacing with a new flight of timber stairs. The construction of metal partition walls and new fire doors and frames, electrical installation, plumbing and heating works and new flooring and decoration works to various rooms as per specification.
Challenges
The main challenges were working within tight access due to the close neighbouring properties within a fairly busy town centre
