Strip out of blinds, subcon strip, existing tenant signage (internal & External), partitions, doors, frames, floorcoverings, wall tiles, kitchen appliances, lighting, ironmongery and supply and install new carpets, metal pan suspended ceiling, clean entire suspended ceilings, ironmongery, double doors and redecorate all perimeter walls, ceilings/bulkheads, columns, window reveals & skirting
