Overview

Design & Build of the creation of a District Centre at Mixenden Road, including but not
limited to creating a hub containing a doctors surgery; pharmacy; library, associated
external works including the demolition of an existing library and construction of a
community garden

Challenges

The site location is within a residential area, so it was imperative that the surrounding area was not disturbed by the construction work and the upmost precaution was taken with regards to security of the site.
