We have undertaken works at the college since early 2017 and anticipate further work into 2021 with schemes such as Art teaching room, Music recording room, IT suites, general teaching, office spaces and Refectory/Kitchen area plus works to the Engineering and Motor vehicle workshops. The projects are to be carried out before & during summer shutdown and within a fully/partially occupied building so requiring phased programmes.

The value varies between £295,000 & £760,000 taking generally between 8 & 12 weeks.
