We are extremely excited to have been awarded the Elland Library refurbishment project from Calderdale council, it’s a £1.3m project, there were at least 8 others tendering for the scheme so it’s a real feather in our cap to achieve the tender success – it is probably our biggest single project win to date.

I think at some point most of us in the office were involved in the tender process and we have gained a great reputation with the Council through our success on site so we can all legitimately say we’ve had a hand in this win.

The project is due to start in February and involves full strip out, re-roof, new lift, partitioning and all the usual finishing and M&E
